The Cologne-Prague & Friends Meeting is a traditional meeting of scientists studying the Galactic centre and galactic nuclei in general. The main aim of the workshop is to bring people together to discuss not only their own work but also the currently unsolved problems in the field of galactic nuclei, suggest new approaches to these problems and their possible solutions. The main focus of the meeting for this year is the population of binary stars in the innermost parsec of the Galaxy.

The meeting in the year 2024 is jointly organized by the Prague Relativistic Astrophysics Group of the Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Astronomical Institute of Charles University.
